Effective: August 2026 · governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For your specific circumstances, we recommend confirming with your own legal counsel.
DEIM provides governed engineering-intelligence tools and delivery services. Features marked as roadmap are in development and are not part of the current service.
DEIM provides decision-support and document-assistance tools, not legal advice. Legal, contractual and regulatory outputs require review by qualified counsel before you rely on them.
AI outputs are drafts. No payment, notice, baseline change, contract or termination is executed by the system; consequential actions require your explicit approval.
Standards and contract forms (e.g. FIDIC, RICS) remain the property of their owners. Each client's licensed contracts and standards are used isolated within their own project and are not shared across clients.
We design for traceable, evidence-backed outputs, but no automated system is error-free. Verify critical figures and decisions before acting.
You agree to use the service lawfully, and not to attempt unauthorised access, reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful content or data you have no right to share, or use the service in a way that harms others.
The DEIM platform, software, design and proprietary know-how remain the property of DEIM. Your data, documents and models remain yours; we grant you a licence to use the platform for the duration of the agreement only.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, DEIM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or data, arising from use of outputs without the required human verification. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; maintenance or downtime may occur. Specific service levels are available via a separate agreement where applicable.
The website or service may reference external sites or services (for example providers of systems we integrate with). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Either party may terminate under the service agreement terms. On termination we return or delete your data as agreed, retaining only what the law requires.
We may update these terms from time to time; an update applies from its publication date. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless arbitration is agreed in writing (for example under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration).
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with any signed agreement between us, form the entire agreement for use of the site and service.
